Your artwork & copyright
By uploading or generating a design you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We print in good faith and can’t be held liable for third-party copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property claims arising from your artwork, and we may decline anything that appears to infringe someone’s rights or is unlawful or offensive.
Made to order — returns
Every item is custom-made to your design, so it is non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started — unless it arrives faulty or we have made a mistake, in which case we’ll reprint or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

On-screen colours are a guide and the final print may vary slightly. Please check your design, layout and spelling carefully before ordering — we print exactly what you approve.
