• 🌡️ Cold wash at 20°C inside out
• 🌪️ Do not tumble dry
• 🚫 Do not iron on the print
• 🎨 Wash with similar colours to keep prints sharp

Couriers: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel and ParcelForce. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days from dispatch.

Production:

• 📥 Your order goes into our queue.
• 🖌️ Proof sent on average within 1-2 days.
• 🏭 Production: 3-5 days after proof approval.
• ✅ Quality check and dispatch: 1-2 days.

Machines may break, stock can run short, ink supplies can run low — external factors do happen. We do our best to keep downtime to a minimum and will keep you posted if anything affects your order.

Each piece is made to order, so personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival. You will be asked to approve a proof before production begins.

Refunds are only issued for genuine errors on our part — for example, you ordered a Small and we shipped a Medium, or you ordered pink and we shipped white. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

A note on fraud: We are aware some customers attempt to falsely claim non-delivery or damage to chase a free product. In those cases we will:

• ⚖️ Take appropriate legal action — our family has a background in law.
• 🚫 Block your IP address from future orders.
• 📢 Share the case with partner businesses and may publicly call it out on TikTok for community awareness (within what is legally permitted).

If there's a genuine issue, please contact us — we are always happy to listen and help where possible. Please don't abuse the refund system to test if you can get a freebie.
