Artwork intake
Drop your artwork.
Send us a link and we take it from here. Every file is checked by a person before it goes near a printer, and you see a proof on the actual garment first. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Fastest route
WhatsApp the file
Skip the link entirely. Send the file straight into chat with your order number and we will pick it up from there — usually the same hour.

Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer. Check sharing is switched on so we can actually open it — that is the one thing that holds orders up.
What prints beautifully
- Vector files. SVG, AI, EPS or PDF. These scale to any size without going soft.
- High-res PNG. Transparent background, as big as you have it.
- Print-ready PDF. Fonts outlined if you can manage it.
What tends to struggle
- Screenshots. Almost always too low-res to print.
- Word or PowerPoint files with the logo pasted in.
- Small JPEGs saved off Instagram or Facebook.
- Anything already stretched or pixelated.
Only got a rough file? Send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it will print well, and nine times out of ten we can redraw it for you.
What happens next
So you are not left wondering whether it arrived.
- 01 We check the file Resolution, colours and sizing, against the garment you actually ordered. If something will not print cleanly we tell you rather than risk it.
- 02 You get a proof Your artwork on the real product, so you can see placement and scale before a single garment is printed.
- 03 You approve, we print Nothing goes into production until you have signed the proof off. Then it is pressed, checked and packed in our UK studio.
