Returns & Refunds
Each piece is made to order, so personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival. You will be asked to approve a proof before production begins.
Refunds are only issued for genuine errors on our part ā for example, you ordered a Small and we shipped a Medium, or you ordered pink and we shipped white. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
