Couriers: Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel and ParcelForce. UK delivery typically 3–5 days from dispatch.

Returns & Refunds
Each toy is printed to order, so personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival. You’ll be asked to approve a proof before production begins.
Refunds are only issued for genuine errors on our part — for example, you ordered Lion and we shipped Penguin. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on personalised goods (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exemption).
