How long until it arrives?
3–5 working days to embroider + 3–5 working days UK shipping. Total 1–2 weeks door-to-door.
What if I get the name wrong?
We email a digital proof before we stitch. You sign off — only then do we start. Catches every typo.
Which piece gets embroidered?
The fleece blanket. The cellular blanket and fitted sheet are plain — this keeps them practical for everyday use and the fleece becomes the keepsake.
Will it fit any cot bed?
Yes — the fitted sheet is 70 × 140cm, the standard UK cot bed size. Both blankets work for cot, cot bed, pram or photo prop.
How do I wash it?
40°C cotton cycle. Wash darks separately. Tumble dry low or air dry. Iron on reverse, never directly on the embroidery.
Can I cancel after I order?
Up until you approve the proof — yes. After approval, we start stitching and the order can't be cancelled (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations exemption for personalised goods).
