Order the service, then email your artwork with your order number. Include the garment and preferred logo size.
We prepare the stitches
We plan the shapes, lettering and thread colours. If fine details need adjusting, we explain the options.

Does this include clothing?
No. This product covers preparation of your embroidery artwork. Choose garments and stitching separately from our embroidery collection.
Can every detail be embroidered?
Very small text, fine lines and shaded artwork may need simplifying. We discuss any adjustments before you approve the proof.
Do I pay again for a reorder?
We keep your prepared file for future orders. If the design, size or garment changes, ask us whether the stitch file needs adjusting.
