Production
All personalised items are made to order. We email you a free digital proof within 1–2 working days, and production takes a further 3–5 working days after you approve it.
Delivery
Once made, orders are dispatched within 2 working days and sent with Royal Mail only — Tracked 48 as standard, which takes 2–3 working days, or Tracked 24 Express for next working day delivery. End to end, made-to-order items are usually with you in 7–12 working days; plain Ready to Wear stock is dispatched in 3–5 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £69.99, and we ship to UK addresses only.
Personalised Orders
Because personalised items are made to your specification, we do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
